US expat parents - health insurance when visiting US

What health insurance options do my expat parents have when visiting the US? They are under 65. They come to visit us a couple months at a time in the US and want to have some type of insurance for them, God forbid something happens. Especially interested in those with similar experiences.

I live in France and have a plan from AXA called Voyageo Multi-Voyages for when I visit the US. It's an annual plan rather than a single-trip plan. It's for emergencies and will not cover things like routine doctor's visits and prescription drugs. It does what I need on paper. Fortunately, I have never needed to make a claim, so I have no idea how good it is in practice.

I'm not a US citizen and I just used my home insurance, which has built in global travel insurance, when I visited the US from France. I checked that it was eligible for US medical care before I travelled and it was.

Patriot plus if they’re us citizens otherwise there are quite a few options for foreign visitors

So they live abroad, and are resident there and are visiting you as tourists?
