This was the era before Destiny learned that people like you are too low IQ to be capable of contemplating hypotheticals, and he was comparing the hypothetical benefits of fighting with the cartels and trying to improve Mexico as a country vs spending all that money on building a big wall in a country where most illegals arent coming in through foot crossings.
