Is United Radio Inc on ebay legit?

I found a new radio for one of my cars on ebay, supposedly it's a new dealer part in the unopened box. The car is quite old though, so I have my doubts about brand new parts from a corporation. Seller is "united radio inc", with 100% positive feedback. Seems to good to be true. Should I pass on it and just look for a refurbished one instead?
