No, when it says official, it means the official map of the Harris Walz campaign, not official by Fortnite. Lots of other companies and people have made "official" Fortnite maps without it. If you don't believe me, look at the Red Cross' Fortnite map. That one is "official", but I'm sure Epic Games wouldn't endorse a map encouraging kids to play by the Geneva Convention and use non-violence whenever possible in a game where a main goal is executing downed potentially unarmed combatants.
