Thinking on defaulting navirefi(earnest) private loans

Hey guys!
I am about to stop paying on my private student loans. I am a married mom of two young daycare aged kids making $65k (w/o my spousal income) with $107k in private student loans debt. I live in Alabama
What are my options/worst case as my second kid is about to enter daycare and I won’t have enough to pay them.

If anyone is interested in an update, I have received several letters with settlement offers (65% was the lowest) and a few more phone calls. And a couple of "intent to sue" letters, too. So far, nothing. I have stopped responding to everything with them. I am waiting for them to actually do something and then I will dispute the debt.
Interestingly enough, on my credit reports, the loans did "change names" from Navient to Mohela and now back to Navient. Today, i found they changed account numbers, whatever that means. But the loans do show as charged off on my credit reports and my score has increased slightly and I have been able to get a "credit builder" credit card to help with my score.
I will update again in a few months if anyone is interested.

So I am currently strategically defaulting my Navient (formerly Sallie Mae Tuition Answer loans.) I stopped paying in May and am 120 days late right now. Phone calls just stopped. I highly suggest getting a Google Voice number and changing your contact info with Navient. You can put that on DFisot disturb and not get all the phone calls.
My credit score dropped by 100 points as soon as the delinquency was reported. Several of my credit cards actually reduced my available credit because of the late payment status. Others closed my accounts due to the same (they were also unused.) I have been unable to get new credit since.
If you want to know anything else, please let me know and I will do my best to respond.

update on this? Did they sue you?
davebone6195@reddit
4 long months have passed and no, I have not yet been sued. I have received a few phone calls (which I ignore) and have received a few settlement letters for 70%.
The loans currently show as being charged off and with Earnest, not Navient or Mohela. They were listed as with Mohela for a bit.
I will continue to update as time progresses or if something happens.

Hey did you ever default ?
DextersMom1221@reddit
Eventually they will issue you a summons and then possibly sue for payment.
