Sander’s video course served me very well but I would also buy the book if you are a more visual learner. The book is for RHCE8 but I found it highly relevant.

I like both instructors. Sander van Vugt has been teaching for at least 20 years, but the course is more expensive ($260). I took his RHEL 8 RHCE and it was very good.
At CBT Nuggets, you subscribe monthly for $60. I took the latest Linux+ release here with the same instructor and liked it. I'm planning to take RHCSA and RHCE with him next.
