Best ammo for .380 PPK/S?

Morning all. Quick question if you'd oblige me. Currently back in the states for a few days and heading to the range shortly. I normally run Winchester white label (I don't think I've ever ran anything else through it thinking back) with good results, but my local store is out of stock, so I'm looking for some alternative suggestions. Luckily I have no such problems with my Kimber, that eats everything I've fed it without complaints, so I'll take that too!
Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks all.

I have 3 380s (no ppk, but a CT380, CZ82, and LCP) and for range time I use stuff that works well for all of them. Win white box, Fed American Eagle, or Blazer brass in 95gr FMJ. Have also used S&B 92gr FMJ, but don't see it often. Magtech ran, but groups got really bad.

I appreciate the insight, thank you. I'll keep an eye out and see what I find along the way. The store had a box of AE when I picked up the MFR, so I might go back and grab them. Funny you said about Magtech, I remember shooting it through my then girlfriends LCP and I recall the grouping couldn't have troubled a shotgun at times, win white gave a really tight group on the same day.

I don't know if Magtech has poor QC on their bullets or the powder measure, but something is inconsistent. Not out of spec or dangerous, but way too variable to be consistent.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. QC is probably the fail point. Thanks for the suggestion on the American Eagle, ran 4 mags with no malfunctions or other issues; so onto a winner. Will keep an eye out for brass blazer too.

I have the bigger brother pp. it chokes on really pointy hollows at times but anything else it feeds. I mostly feed it the browning flat nose since it was the cheapest when I bought the ammo. Feeds fine in all my 380s.

Browning flat point 380 is Winchester white box packaged in a different box.

Any good roundnose will probably be fine. They can be fussy about hollowpoints or flat nose.

Just go to your local academy and get a box of Monarch for range ammo. Its good quality stuff. It will be either white label magpul or PPU.
Anything but Fiocci .380acp. They make great ammo in all other calibers but their .380 is notoriously bad.

Thank you for this. When I called the shop, they Immediately said they couldn't recommend anything as the PPK is a fussy firearm. That's all well and good, but it didn't help me shoot it today!
I've sourced some MFR so I'll pick that up on the way, and I appreciate the heads up about Fiocci. I run it in .45 but never considered it in .380.
