Poor diet, heavy alcohol consumption and smoking for 40 years will do that. He quit smoking a few years ago which could be the reason why he's gotten bigger!

Visceral fat is bad because it produces hormones and other chemicals, which are not good for you, and it's hard to lose.

I want to laugh. I even formed the smile for it seeing this. But, a laugh never came.

Yeah, I’m no fun and getting jaded as the years pass. But, as a fan it’s concerning at this point. Swore I saw him around the time the pub opened saying doctors orders are to way cut down the drinking. Then a few days ago was a video of him drinking a Hawkstone, or maybe it was just the one gulp.

At this point I don’t know if we see the trimmer Jeremy from a few years ago in Seamen or not again. We might just want to enjoy what content we get from him while we can.
