I want to start therapy but I have no idea where to begin the search. does anyone have recommendations for therapists or where to look for them online? I’m in Plano ofc but I could drive to Frisco, Allen and Mckinney as well. and I’d prefer in person visits, a woman, and someone who is experienced with adhd
