Searching for past filed IFR plans

I’m a military pilot putting together my civilian logbook. In Army flight school we had instrument phase where we filed everyday. I have the correct hours from it but my instructor didn’t put the locations into the army logging system (I also didn’t log it at the time). Tried with the army operations but they delete all the filed plans after a year. Who would I contact for this? Flights were in 2022

Would the flight show up on ADSB? https://globe.adsbexchange.com records go back to 2022.
Might be able to piece the route back together filtering by callsign and setting the speed to max if you remember enough about the flight. I tested the idea with one of the planes I used to fly and caught an old flight.

Was hoping ATC kept a record of filed flight plans but I guess it was a long shot. Back to the grind!

Those flights are long gone, brother. You need to take responsibility for your logbook.
