Are clear glasses which blocks blue lights, better for night driving than wearing amber coloured glasses.

I have a pair of blue light blocking glasses for night driving, they clip on over my regular glasses. Works pretty well! They're yellow-tinted though.

I have yellow tinted which blocks blue light way more than the clear glasses. But at night there is very less light on roads so it becomes too dark with yellow tinted glasses.
Clear glasses which blocks lesser blue light but it doesn't make vision much darker at night.
If there was ample of lighting at night then there is no problem but where is live have dark roads at night which very less lights on road
