Rtx 3000 heavy throttleling at 83°c - GPU temp or hotspot temp

Does heavy throttleling begin when GPU temp reaches 83 degrees, or does it already begin when the hotspot temperature reaches 83 degrees?

83C is Nvidia’s default thermal throttling for core. You can increase it or decrease with MSI Afterburner Temp slider.
