Pc monitor going in economy mode when I open a game

Yay yay guys, I have a problem, A few days ago my monitor started to enter energy saving mode alone when I open the game (GTA, COD), now I changed the energy saving mode but I don't know what else to do, does anyone know anything? tip? Windows 11 Ryzen 7 3800x 16 ram Monitor: Ig ultraGear 27in, 240hz
