I have replaced my motherboard and CPU, tested my power supply, and computer still doesn't turn on or get any indication of receiving power.

I have a Corsair rm650x power supply that I have tested using Corsair's own article and I have switched motherboards and CPUs. I have had this custom PC for 4 years and this only started when I lost a screw when removing the second m.2 SSD to put into a laptop (I checked and it didn't get into the power supply) I know it isn't the power switch because I have shorted the pins with a flathead and also tried updating the bios with gigabyte Q flash plus (because my CPU is newer than when the mobo first came out) but no indication of power there either. BUT THE PSU TEST SUCCEEDED! I have no idea what is going on.

I just removed the GPU and now Q flash plus is working, I'm waiting for it to update the bios and I'll come back with more info later.

Turns out it was a super finicky case power button

I can update the bios, so I know the motherboard is receiving power, I need to double check the power button then.

Have you tried to take mobo outside of the case and use t he screwdriver to jump start your pc?
