Im looking to upgrade my pc, I'm currently running a rtx 2060 which has done me surprisingly well for many years. With new more demanding games coming out (Black Myth Wukong) im waiting to play them with better specs. The title says my question ive been researching for some time and the bottleneck checker website says its around 30% bottlenecking (whatever that means) but alternatively alot of people say this website is talking titties and doesnt make sense which is where im left struggling.

Any help is appreciated :).... except if youre going to tell me to go for the 4070, instead of doing that i'd much prefer if you just send me the money yourself thx
I was looking at the amd rx 7700xt but i hear the for graphics nvidia is better even tho they want to charge two orphaned children per release.
