Help! I'm building a PC, but no display is being output, and there are no debug lights.

Hello,
I recently attempted to build a PC for my dad so he can start playing racing sims. I've listed all the parts below. The issue is that while everything seems to turn on (no beeps or debug lights showing any issues), I’m not getting any display output—neither from the graphics card nor the integrated graphics on the CPU.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Resetting the RAM (tested each stick individually in different slots)
- Re-seating the GPU and checking connections
- Verified all fans and components are powered on
- The bottom thingy on the motherboard near the AIO area had power plugged in
- Used proper ports for display, I think
None of the motherboard debug lights flash or change, and I’m not getting any warning signs. I think all components are receiving power, including the GPU, which has spinning fans. I’m using an HDMI/DisplayPort connection from the GPU and the motherboard, and I also tried the DVI connector.
There were two USB drives plugged in the back. One had a BIOS update I was planning to install, and the other had Windows 11, ready for installation once the PC booted up. I’m not sure if those are causing any issues, but I haven’t gotten to the point where I can boot up and apply them. I’ve tried booting without either USB drive, but the ports still provide power to the mouse and keyboard when plugged in. Strangely, the keyboard lights stay on when the PC is off.

I’d really appreciate any recommendations or advice on what to try next. Unfortunately, my schedule is pretty packed, so I might not respond immediately, but I’ll check back in the next 24-36 hours. Thanks so much in advance for any help!

A portion of the sim rig was stolen during shipping so I am feeling defeated

remove the video card and try with integrated graphics first. also remove the usb drives and try to get into bios first. don't have more plugged in than needed whenever you troubleshoot.

That worked it botted in to bios. I take it that it is a dead graphics card then?

Could be graphics card or power delivery to it. Do you have a spare card for testing?
