Pc part list, will everything work?

Made a list of my list of parts. Price is not accurate as i live in a different country with very different prices. Still have few questions about this list, 1. Will i need 1000 watt or would 850 be fine? 2. What ram 64gb could be better, idk how to find the qvl list 3. Is core parking a big problem and is it hard to fix otherwise i’ll take the 7950x
