Looking for best bang for buck IPS monitor

I'm looking as the title states, the best bang for buck in the IPS realm under $300. I mainly play DCS and MSFS2020. I am looking for a 27" setup. Current gpu is a gigabyte 12gb 4070 if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.
