GPU for 450 Motherboard

Wanting to potentially upgrade my RTX 2060 that is in my PC. What would be best route without upgrading MOBO?
Is the 40 series compatible or would I be best to aim for the 30 series? Most likely the 3060 ti

You can throw a 4090 in there if you want.
