I have a 2014 accord v6 that has 160k km on it.

I have seen a few posts on this topic and some mixed advice.

The service records show it was changed after 50k but based on checking the fluid not since then, it looks brown. Shifting feels a bit delayed sometimes, should I go ahead with a fluid change or a 1/3 drain and fill?

Is it better to leave it alone?
