PC Low Performance, laggy, low fps

Hello! Lately I've been experencing some issues with my PC, especially when on Discord, playing World of Warcraft or closing tabs on Chrome. PC gets insanely slow and laggy. I have no idea what's going on.
I made a Benchmark test and appeareantly all of my components are performing way below expectations, but how can I influence what happens with my PC components except take good care, which I do?
Can any expert check the benchmark and let me know what other info you need...I'm really struggling with this issue as it hinders my performance in the game and other tasks as well. Much appreciated! <3
