Didn't know I needed another sling, in for one, just debating the HK vs QD, if I go HK need a clipping plate (currently have a QD behind the grip), the HK attachment looks more solid than the QD

I don't use cheap Chinese QDs. I only use Magpul or BCM QDs. You can trust them to hold (but always give a test tug when attaching).

How close is your single point sling to the SKD PIG Drop-slider, the bestest single point sling that stubbornly remains out of production?

I don't put quick detach clips in my one point slings. It is a failure point. That plastic clip is infinitely more likely to eventually crack or break, making your sling useless, than save your life because you have to detach your sling before you get pulled to your doom. My slings are designed to be used daily. They are designed to be bomb proof. Having said all that if REALLY wanted that style of sling I can make it custom.
