Does Supermicro board M11SDV-8CT-LN4F (EPYC 3201 - less than 50 W peak) require that the full 8 pins of EPS (CPU P4) are connected to PSU?

I would like to avoid using ATX PSU and HDPlex or Pico-PSU tend to have just one 4-pin CPU.
