Where to buy workwear for hot weather ?

Where have you bought your work clothes from before you start working in Thailand? Most online stores like H&M, ASOS stock a lot of trousers made from mainly polyester, which I know is not good for hot weather. Uniqlo don’t seem to have much in their AIRISM range…
What materials should I be looking for? Any ideas on where I can buy hot / humid weather appropriate workwear please? Within a midrange- affordable budget!

Flax? People buy work-wear from South Korea and US. But I don't remember which brands. And Thailand is near to places where those clothes are actually made (Bangladesh). So you can get them locally. No need to look elsewhere.
