Help me choose a better pc deal

I am currently in the used marketplace for getting my first PC after 15 years. I already own a ps5 but want to get back to pc gaming.

I am currently deciding between two deals and not sure which one would be better for me for 1440p and occasional 4k gaming on my LG OLED TV

First one is a Ryzen 7800x3d and 7900GRE AM5 build Second one is a Ryzen 5900x and a 4080 AM4 build

Rest all components are pretty comparable and the 4080 build is visually way more clean and appealing.

Both are same price literally. But wanted to get thoughts on which one should I go for?

How about Ryzen 7600x + 4080s?

4080super is a better gpu, but why a 5900x instead of like a 5700x3d or going to AM5 with the 7600/x

The second if youre going to use it for gaming specifically.
