Is this list a good list?

I know some parts can be subbed out for cheaper ones but I don't really have a budget so. This will be my second time building a pc, I'm grateful I can have this opportunity and I cant wait to hear the feedback!

Im confused about your question? Yes, the pc is good

thats all i really wanted to know, all the parts are good or should i swap any out?

very much, just get a 6000mhz ram kit if you don't want to deal with the headache of getting 6400mhz working at 1/1
that there's basically a performance penalty to getting 6400mhz to work easily that 6000mhz doesn't have

i multitask very heavily so maybe

They seem good to me

well, if this is for gaming, then the ryzen 9's really don't make sense, the 7900x in particular performs pretty similarly to the 7600x with a slightly higher clock speed, because that's basically what it is, two 6-core cpu's
the 9800x3d should be out like the first week of November
which, hopefully it'll be closer to the 7800x3d's msrp, since the price on that has been going up while the stock has been drying up
basically, the 7800x3d or 9800x3d would be much better options than the 7900x and probably not too too much different price wise
or at the very least, I'm pretty sure the 7700/x is a bettter gaming chip than the 7900x, since that's at least an 8 core and not two 6-cores
could probably just get a thermalright phantom spirit, since that's basically just a very good cooler that's not too expensive
6400mhz isn't going to just work with am5, 6000 is basically the recommended speed, 6200 isn't too hard to get working, but 6400 is basically not going to work most of the time, without running it in async mode or whatever, where it's going to perform much much worse
that 2tb ssd is kind of expensive for a 2tb drive and not really noticeably better than some $100 2tb drives
I feel like I'd want dlss or nvidia's fram gen tech on a card that expensive, but eh
I think if I was spending more that like $150 on an am5 board, I'd just be getting an x670e board since they're not much more expensive once you're at the $200~ price point, where the x670 boards really don't have much over a cheap b650 board
basically, it's fine, but you could get a similar pc for somewhat less
or just get a 7700 and a 4080 super
but realistically, you're list will still run most games just fine
but very much, get a 2x16gb 6000mhz cl32/cl30 kit
