These are the parts I’m going for. Is it good enough to play newer games? Am I missing something?
-Phanteks Cyberpower Case -Amd Ryzen 3 2300X -Asrock A320M -XFX RX570 (4GB) -Pinnacle DDR4 (16gb) (3200 mhz) -Adata SSD (240gb) -HDD (1tb) -Thermaltake 600W PSU

no. i have 4gb vram card. under no circumstance buy a 4gb card right now.
even if i have acceptable 60+ fps, almost any newer game looks really bad.

Can I upgrade it later? That’s one part I’m getting for free

Good enough to play? Sure. Good enough to play at high settings? No. The CPU is a little old and the GPU is very old. You'll be lucky to hit 1080p/60 at medium-low settings in newer games.
