Great start! The key thing to remember about top-notch scrambies is: done in the pan, overdone on the plate.
This is a fine texture if they're going on a sandwich or something, but if you want a really smooth, creamy texture pull them just a bit before you think they're done. Also, keeping them constantly moving with result in smaller curds adding to the smoothness.
You'll be making Jacques Pepin style omelets before you know it.

good job for the first time.
unless you're overly cautious of having to eat well done eggs only, the rule is to turn off the heat a bit before you think the eggs are at the right doneness. it will continue to cook in the pan but slowed down so it's easier to dial in the final doneness you like. heck it even continues to cook after you plate it
