Windows 11 Update KB5044285 Breaking Wireless Connections on our Microsoft Surface Laptops

Over the past week, we've been experiencing issues with our Microsoft Surface Laptops in our environment. After troubleshooting, we determined that Windows 11 Update KB5044285 is causing the laptops to lose wireless internet connection (via 802.1x). Has anyone else encountered problems with this update from Microsoft?

That update has broken a lot of different systems in different ways, we have rolled back and removed it, our update system has it set to postpone this update until Microsoft fixes this

We were starting a rollback and started getting an explorer.exe error when uninstalling the update (Critical Error; Your start menu isn't working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in)
