What is your favourite song that does not use the English language?

As the title said. I’m just looking to see if we all like the same foreign music.

Ruina Imperii from Sabaton has always been a favourite.
Recently got into Netflix’s El Chapo, and the opening theme, Vienen A Verme, is really good.

Most of what Dimash Kudaibergenov sings isn't in his own language, and can't speak the language, just memorises the song words.

An Toll Dubh by Runrig.
The song is Gaelic. The MacDonald brothers of Runrig composed An Toll Dubh as a forceful metaphor for Scotland's (specifically Gaelic language & culture) subjection by Britain - a lightless dungeon depriving its slumbering prisoners of vitality

jodorthedwarf@reddit
Is it a song that I don't understand the lyrics and can enjoy it anyway or a song that I had to look up the lyrics translation to understand and appreciate the song.
For the former, I'd say 'Ca plane pour moi' by Plastic Bertrand just because its a fucking banger for driving.
For the latter, it'd have to be 'Deutschland' by Rammstein because its a song that helped me understand and recognise another nation's people's struggle to with loving their nation and their home in spite of its terrible history and the difficulty in forging a new national identity that recognises the past while also striving for a better future. It's an incredibly powerful song, imo.
Apidium@reddit
99 luftballons
It's considerably better than the English translation imo
waste_div@reddit
Yup
tommycamino@reddit
The lyrics of the original German version tell a story: 99 balloons are mistaken for UFOs, causing a military general to send pilots to investigate. Finding nothing but balloons, the pilots put on a large show of firepower. The display of force worries the nations along the borders and the defense ministers on each side encourage conflict to grab power for themselves. In the end, a cataclysmic war results from the otherwise harmless flight of balloons and causes devastation on all sides without a victor, as indicated in the denouement of the song: "99 Jahre Krieg ließen keinen Platz für Sieger," which means "99 years of war left no room for victors." The anti-war song finishes with the singer walking through the devastated ruins of the world and finding a single balloon.

Especially for me when I spent years being told I'd imagined the German version - even when I pointed out it was the original. I hated the pre-internet era!

"Kayama" by Karl Jenkins, the composer of the "Adiemus" New Age music albums.
Unlike probably all the posts here, the so-called "language" used in this song is a made-up language, using a lot of vowel sounds. So, the lyrics themselves are actually nothing but gibberish, but they are sung by a very good female choir, the lead singer of which was Miriam Stockley.
"Kayama" is best played with the volume turned waaay up, so you can feel the power within the track!
