When talking about the weight loss range, it's generally accepted we are talking about the optimal or healthy range of calories for weight loss... which is no lower than 1200 for women, and 1500 for men. Any lower and you risk malnutrition. I am currently eating about 1000 kcal/day, but am being monitored closely by a doctor for malnutrition symptoms because I'm falling below the "Weight Loss Range". I absolutely would destroy a pan of milkshake like that, but with peanut butter, banana, and whipped cream in vanilla ice cream.

Then afterwards starting at about 3am I would proceed to destroy the toilet, my gut, and my own anus from being lactose intolerant and regretting the fact that I ate all that. It’s incredibly painful too.

It’s a life goal of mine to put together a gigantor bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal using almond milk or some other milk alternative. A bowl big enough that I would need a minimum of 1-1/2 boxes of the mega size from the store to do it properly.

I make Winterschlaf (Hybernation) on occasion during this kind of season which is basically an attempt at a milkshake.

About a shot worth of Jägermeister (reason why it doesn’t milkshake), a spoonful or two of cocoa powder, crushed ice, vanilla ice creme, some milk and then blend it, fill up with milk. Optional some cinnamon or similar spice mix in there too.

If you don’t over do it with the Jäger it’s just a slightly herbal cold chocolate milk, good stuff honestly. I’ve tried making it warm as well but it just works better as a wet slushy imo
