What is the best build I can buy used around $300-400 total budget that can play current AAA at 60-90 fps at 1080p/1440p?

Based on us ebay:
Am4 board: $50
5600 cpu: $85
Cpu cooler: $20 (thermalright assassin king)
Case: $40 or get creative or look at the local market
1tb nvme ssd: $55
Psu: $55
5600xt gpu: $100
Would be $405 for a 1080p almost 60fps, or 1080p 60fps when adjusting settings.
The best value area is closer to the $600-$800 range unfortunately.

I cant answer you as im not in the US, but you should make it clear what you mean by every part of the build. Desk, chair, keyboard, anything else? What specs does your current monitor have?

you won't get 1440p60 with a $400 budget unless you find some killer deals/bargains. 1080p60 is more realistic
