No non-private clay courts in DFW, as far as I know. If you're willing to travel a couple hours, Bossier City, La. has a very nice public facility with about 8 green clay courts.
There's also Horseshoe Bay near Austin. They have red clay, synthetic grass and hardcourts.

Brookhaven CC has clay

They are few and far between, and they're either in backyards or at exclusive country clubs. The most accessible without knowing someone would be T Bar M, which, in conjunction with their renovation, recently raised initiation fees to either $25K or $30K (I've heard both from different sources).

Dallas Country Club has two very nice Clay courts included with the addition from a few years back. Turn in North of Mockingbird across from the main entrance. You don’t have to go through the main gate, but have to walk across one fairway to access them. Just dress the part and act like you belong…

I don’t think so unfortunately. Last I checked, I believe there’s some clay courts in the houston area.
