Buy now or wait for Black Friday?

Hi Builders,
I am planning to buy the AMD 7800 XT, and right now, the price on newegg is around $460-490. Is this a good price for the 7800 XT, or should I wait another month for the Black Friday deals? How low could the prices go for this exact model? Also, should I also consider the 6800 XT? It's available for $429.
Additionally, which brand should I go for? I’ll be using it for casual gaming, so no need for any fancy features—performance is my main concern.

Check camel camel camel, black friday usually is not when everything is cheaper, usually on july is where you can find everything cheaper.
September and october are the days when everything have a "normal" price, next month will be more expensive.

Got it from my local Best Buy on Saturday. They had a sale for 90$ off. Not sure it’s still going on though.

If you can wait, it might be worth it, as prices often drop significantly during Black Friday sales. However, if you find a good deal now that fits your budget, it could be wise to buy before stock runs out.

Last couple weeks had really good deals. The 7800 XT was at $430, 6800XT was at $400, and 7700XT was at $350. Prices right now are pretty high. I imagine similar deals will pop up sooner or later and probably on black Friday. If you're looking to upgrade your GPU then might wanna wait as their will definitely be more deals in next couple weeks. Keep an eye out 6800XT, 7800XT, 7900 GRE and other GPU sales. But if you don't care about spending an extra $30-$50, then you can just buy now.
