I am an Indian software engineer with 9 years of experience, 32 years old, specializing in the Java full-stack. I am married with no children. I am exploring options for relocating to a country for 10 years with the goal of maximizing my earnings and then returning to India for an early retirement.
Currently, I earn INR 2 lakh per month, and my spouse earns INR 70,000 per month after taxes and retirement benefits in Bangalore, India. Could you please advise on which country would be the best choice for achieving this goal?

Hate to say it, but a full stack Java person from India isn't exactly on the top list of desired skills for most countries.

The Best is by far the USA.
Look at seeking employment in India that has an entity in the United States. Work for 1 year in India and ask for an inter company transfer (L1). Then ask for a green card sponsorship. Good luck, they are massively reducing budget across all sectors, and reducing teams. Your discipline is going to get eaten up by A.I.
