How do these compare to microbest? Im building a really nice ar and already have a centurion barrel. Not wanting to cheap out on BCG and want something really nice for that too.

I had issues with a toolcraft BCG dragging inside all 3 of my AR uppers because the cam pin seemed to be out of spec. While this isn't a difficult issue to fix, I lost confidence in the brand. I have had zero issues with Microbest.

This or the Microbest are going to be 6 of one, half dozen or another. Really the only thing you will be missing is a DD logo on your BCG which in my opinion isn’t worth a $100 up charge. I am building out the RIS III upper from the deal the other day. Picked up a Microbest BCG with upgraded rings and a discounted Raptor CH, pairing it with a blem M4E1 lower, BCM Mod 0 stock and buffer kit, LaRue MBT2S and Amrasoec super light LPK sans FCU. Will be a SOLID rifle when done and everything new cost me around $1050 which is just a bit over what the price of just the stripped upper I got would have been. Great deal. Also AR15 Discounts is where I got everything else and code COLUMBUS15 saved me 15%.

Of course why did I build this? I don’t know.. I have an SR-15 SBR running a RIS III 10.5” upper and an LMT MARS-L 16” complete rifle already. Maybe because didn’t have a 14.5”? Right? Right? 😅
