I would recommend upgrading the system too, the i7 9700 is this weird middle ground where it has 8 cores but no hyper threading, so it doesn’t deal with modern games as well. Something like the ryzen 5 7500f, a cheap b650 board, and 32gb of ddr5 should be in the ballpark of $350 usd and fully capable. With the money you have left over, you can either spend it on something like the 4060, rx 7600, possibly a used rx 6700xt or 3060ti, or even reuse the 1650 and save up for a higher end gpu.
