Need a new ticketing system

Hey guys, I need a new ticketing system in which I can put costumers products, and they can only submit tickets upon having an active contract! Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Full disclosure that I work for InvGate. We make a Service Management solution that does this.
Do you really have no other requirements? If so, you might be the first. Are you an MSP? Any other details?

We do have an on-premise offering; yes.
Feel free to start a chat with our sales team on our website, they are awesome and helpful IMHO.

If you're an MSP, might take a look at Synchro. It has a lot of billing tools built in so it might have that.
Wasn't a good fit for my company because we aren't an MSP.

Seemed like cloud only, but we didn't demo it for very long because it was obvious that it was not a good fit for us.
We ended up going with Deskpro, which has an on-prem option, though we went with the cloud version. I don't know if it can do what you want natively, but they do have a number of apps & integrations and it's very customizable.

Maybe look at GLPI, but I'd recommend to go with a service provider on top to configure it the way you need. It supports separate entities, but I did never use that feature so ymmv
