I thought you had to stay right except to pass only applied to driving on a highway. In my mind a highway is 3 or more lanes in each direction and usually just a number. If I’m driving on a main road that is 2+ lanes, can I camp in the left lane? Or do I need to stay right except to pass? Tyia
