Have Intel fixed the instability issues with their CPUs yet? And if not, other than the 7800X3D (which is sold out everywhere) which CPU do I pair with a 4080 Super?

ik yall are lurking...

I mean, the intel stuff is seemingly fixed as long as the chip hasn't been degraded from pre-fix usage
but the 9800x3d might at least get a 7800x3d like product back at like $450 or whatever towards the beginning of november
intel's arrow lake stuff should be available like next week ish?
which, doesn't really bring much as far as performance, but it shouldn't have the degradation issue, it going be on their next platform. who knows if there's going to even be two gens of cpu's on lga 1851 yet, since meteor lake was originally suposed to be on lga 1700, which got pushed to 1851, and then just got skipped for desktop altogether, so arrow lake might be the second cpu for 1851 even though it hasn't been released yet basically
anway
get a 9800x3d? or if you don't want to wait a few weeks, get a 7600 or 7700 or whatever since those are still by no means bad options

if it means i can game at peak performance, i'll wait for the 9800X3D

They say they fixed it. They fixed it 4 times already, and every time it's fixed. Do you trust them? I don't.

Yeah, I really don't trust them because people are still saying they're having problems. It is what it is I guess
