I have a Ryzen 5800x3D with a PCIe 3.0 graphic slot motherboard and 32Gb 3200 MHz RAM.

Actually i have a RTX 3070, and I am thinking in upgrading It. With PCIe 3.0 i think i can't go beyond RTX 4000 series. Am i right? Should i wait for price dropping in a 4070 Super / 4070 Ti Super?
