Hello, fellow TLD driver. Same here. And railroads aren’t that bad. We just know that they can’t be crossed if they’re high-set. Like most of the lowboy, RGN, and car haulers should know.
Funny, I keep seeing vids of those trucks/trailer combinations getting hit by trains.
Don’t really see that from glass haulers like the OP and myself. 🤷♂️

i think the only high set i’ve ever come across is right outside the customer in payne,ohio.
they usually don’t get DD so the truck route signs were to go through main over the RR then do a loop to once again cross the RR to get to the customer
with me having the DD i had to go down a truck restricted street (due to a sharp right turn but i clenched my ass as hard as i could) and made it in then crossed the RR when i was empty
