Am I bad driver or just a distracted driver?

I have 2 people teaching me, this one was calm as he is professionally instructor and I feel I was in charge when driving. We've no problem or just few corrections every end of our lesson.
The other one is a friend's of my aunt, he always commanded me for simple slowing down, brake, speed etc. until I get confused by his instructions. I feel tensed too if around him also, he may be nervous driving with me?
By the way, I am calm and focused if I am with the license instructor

The first one sounds like the better teacher for sure! I was lucky to have someone who was/is a professional driving instructor, and who just so happened to be good friends with my mom lol. No matter what, he was always calm and collected and gave clear instructions which really helped! If I were you, op, I'd do whatever I can to drive with them more so, or instead of your aunt's friend lol

Honestly, this is a good lesson. Driving is not always smooth. There will be stressful situations and if you can handle that, then you're doing alright. You will absolutely have certain passengers who are "backseat drivers."
As far as how teaching driving should be approached, panic teaching is not helpful. If someone is scared to help you, they shouldn't be the one helping you.

This relying on friends/parents to teach driving needs to really stop as bad habits are being passed down. Stick with the professional; you got this!

All distracted drivers are bad drivers. Doesn't matter if you're on your phone, or dealing with other people who are in the car, it's still dangerous.
