Sabot parts?

Hey folks, I picked up a nice fiberglass and wood Naples hull and spars not realizing the all wood Sabot I had at home was an early US/Windward Sabot. So, I’m in need of a leeboard and mounting hardware, as well as all the hardware for the mast and boom. New prices are pretty out there, and I can’t find a wooden leeboard at all.
Not looking to race, just set up a trainer for my kid. Unlike Sunfish, I’m finding it impossible to find used, vintage gear on the east coast. I do not need a carbon mast and race-ready foils, just good old wood and brass/stainless components. Anyone have a lead? And for you Cali-based sailing historians, I also have a restored Snowbird. How on earth all these west-coast racing boats from the 50s/60s end up in Maryland, I have no clue.
