What's the tallest building in MK with public rooftop access?

I believe Unity Place/Santander building has roof access but I don't *think* it's public access...

They made a big deal about their open rooftop bar when they were building it but as far as I know they haven’t yet opened the outside bit. Maybe in the summer!

Hotel la tour has a sky bar. Not been up there but I should imagine the views are very nice from up there.

There’s two smoking balconies covering the depth of the building and then two large viewing windows on the width.
If you weren’t aware, Milton Keynes has/had a building restriction of no building to be taller than the nearby tallest tree, so the view is surprisingly mostly green which makes it really nice!
Food and drinks were nice when it opened, but I’ve heard it’s not as good as it used to be. I’d also say it’s 6/10 for pricing. It’d be best to expect London rates.
