A movie where every human in the world disappears except Amish, tribes and others who aren't part of modern civilization and they all spread over the world and meet.

A lot of them are still aware of the outside world and use this knowledge to stop it falling into chaos such as turning off power stations. How would they change the world they discover?

When I lived in Southern Maryland, there was an Amish guy that sold meat, and the other Amish nicknamed him “Bill Gates,” because of the money he made. It was surreal how you could build a 6000 sq ft house, all Pella windows, and have clothes drying outside on a clothesline.

Eek. The result would depend entirely on how many or few tribes you accept as "tribes".
The simplest discriminator would be to remove everyone who has any European or Han Chinese ancestry. This would include removing the Amish, of course.
This would leave ... let me think, some Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Indians and Arabs as the leaders in the recovery. The challenge would be figuring out the fate of the Americas.
The next discriminator would be to remove everyone who has any European or Han Chinese ancestry or who lives in a city. Now THAT would get really interesting. Where, if anywhere, would large scale plant crop agriculture survive? Would all mines close down?

i had an idea like this. It was kinda "the stand without magic". But the twist being that the "good guys" are just evangelical zealots and the "bad guys" are social/cultural minorities and outcasts. Thus when they learn of each others existence the evangelicals try to exterminate them.

That just sounds like the entirety of human history with fewer steps.

The Amish would dominate the world lol, they're far more advanced than nearly any tribe.
