Oh you're unfamiliar with the story. Angela is in Silent Hill exclusively because of her horrible traumatic rapes growing up at the hands of her father and brother. She also self harms because of this. Her context and reason for being in the game and narrative is literally that she is a victim. Rape is what happened to her in the real world but in Silent Hill she is a victim to the town itself, she just accepts all punishment and allows the town to win.

Angela is an interesting surrealistic take on a rape victim who then sees themselves only as that thing and takes up victimhood in everything they do. Not victimhood in the stupid "oppression olympics" type of way but victimhood in that she repeatedly allows herself to be victimized as she doesn't really have any value for her body or being due to what happened to her.

Silent Hill 2 is one of the reasons I am able to defend gaming as a real art form with the ability to explore narratives in ways other things can't and Angela's story is just a small part of that. The real main story and existential dread comes from the fact that another one of the trapped characters is able to get a fresh pizza somehow and he doesn't share it with anybody else.

I don't think many people are better equipped than me at raping someone.

I'm pretty well suited. On and off 12 years of bjj and before that judo as a child.

Total of 4 medals ranging from silver to bronze and gold as a 8 year old (there were 4 kids) in 80kg 76kg and under 8 divisions.

I mean, it really is that simple. If you're fat, it's because you eat too much. There is no way around that fact, yet people try so hard to deny it.

You don't even need to change your diet or excercise more. That helps, but it's not necessary. You can keep doing everything the same, but just eat slightly smaller meals, and the weight will start coming off. Yes, you'll feel hungry all the time for about a week, but your body will get used to it fast.

IIRC, devs of the original said in some interview or something thst they made Angela with slim, almost emaciated face, looking older than her age suggests to illustrate the consenquences her trauma leaves on her...her looking chubby and immature in the remake is the opposite of the original vision was so I fully support those mods.
