Pernik is a very memed city in Bulgaria . It is most known for it's mines and mining and for the people from It being really tough ( unlike the pussy , stuck up Sofiantsi next door )
The stereotypes of the Pernichanin is of a tough adidas clad guy ,who is always driving a VW Golf , who can't say the letter L ( says U instead , makes letter sound like weather for example ), who might have some anger issues and will beat you up with a crowbar if you look at him the wrong way .
Thank you! Though, the refurbishment of old blocks is quite inconsistent across the country. Some cities do better than others. Pernik is alright in this department.
