I think it should be banned on sight in any sensible sub just for being what it is. Videos of collateral damage are allowed on urr, and get posted routinely.

In the context of the sub, the distinction between Russian and Ukrainain propaganda generally amounts to who posted it and why. Everything else an exercise for the reader.

I think they'll be waiting a long while before the UN bothers to investigate murders like this. It's always taken a lot of prodding to get them to investigate crimes by UN-badged personnel.
Maybe if the Ukes alleged that the Russians doing the killing were Jews that might interest the UN.
In any case, this sort of breach used to be investigated by the Red Cross but they have been worse than useless in the Ukraine War.
