Brand new to me Cadillac ATS 2.0T 6 speed. Drove it home 7 hours and loved every second of it.

How has been reliability so far?

great so far! No issues at all. I think I had around ~52k on the clock when I bought it, sitting a little over 70k now. Here soon will probably switch to smaller wheels + bigger tires, that's really been the only thing that has been somewhat annoying throughout ownership so far. Other than that, still having fun driving it!

That's great! I'm considering one of this (it's a coupe 2.0T awd to be fair) and I wish that had a manual too.
It's in central Canada and I'm a bit worried the car has been sitting too much, because it's a 2017 with just 13.5k miles. They say the older folks that owned the car only used during summer. I'm still deciding.
Anyway, I don't think 17' wheels would look bad on your car, I've seen some base spec CTS with 17" and look fine, will surely look better on the ATS. And ride quality and unsprung weight get better :)
